The Holtzman camp is holding a news conference at 3:00, but in the meantime, here’s the story from The Denver Channel:
The Colorado Supreme Court has turned down GOP gubernatorial candidate Marc Holtzman’s bid to get on the August primary ballot.
The court refused to hear Holtzman’s challenge to a ruling by the secretary of state that he failed to collect enough valid petition signatures to qualify.
The court gave no reason for its ruling.
“It’s over, man,” said Holtzman’s spokesman, Jesse Mallory
